Good afternoon. We would like to inform you that the pool transmitter has been damaged by an electrical surge, causing its failure. We are currently repairing and upgrading it, with the aim of completing the process early next week. You may experience some issues with your key fob during this period. Please inform others of this development.

We have a repair in process at the pool. In regards to our pool gate system.
During the recent service visit our technician found that the main access controller failed and will not respond to the troubleshooting. We have reached out to eMerge technical support and will need to send the device to the manufacturer to repair the board. The estimated time of repair is 7-10 business days. During this time, you will be unable to add new FOBs or update any schedules or access points.

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice for your area is hereby
rescinded following the repair of the water line and the satisfactory
completion of the bacteri ological Survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
Thank you for your co operation in this matter.
A water main break occurred this morning. The water company is working to repair the issue as soon as possible. In the interim, you may experience absence of water supply to your home.
The coupon books have been delivered to the residents. Please check your mailboxes! First month's HOA dues are due by 1/31/24.
The community holiday party can been rescheduled to January 13th due to inclement weather.
