On Teacher Appreciation Day, we want to recognize Gambia Flemister for the impact she's making.

From last week’s WNKY 40 Television coverage, one moment that stood out was hearing from one of our champion teachers, Gambia Flemister, someone who shows up every day to prepare students for what comes next.

In her words, it’s not just about getting students ready for eighth or twelfth grade. It’s about preparing them for life beyond the classroom.

She talked about how important it is for students to start thinking about the real world early, especially what happens when they step outside the safety of school and begin making decisions on their own.

That’s where MoneyBot comes in 💡💰📊

It gives students a chance to learn and practice those decisions now, before they carry real consequences. To understand money, responsibility, and planning in a way that actually feels real.
