Yesterday, as a Board Member, I loved seeing so many smiling faces 😊. From kids laughing, families connecting, and neighbors cheering each other on.
Woodmore Elementary raised over $1,000 and welcomed 100+ guests at Skate Night 🛼🎉. A huge thank-you to the PTO for organizing and to every parent and community partner, your teamwork and generosity made the evening possible 🤝💙.
I’m proud to serve a community that shows up for our students with so much heart ❤️.

I spent the day in powerful sessions focused on the importance of fully funding IDEA and ensuring every student receives the support they deserve. 💡✨
It was great connecting with Board Members from across the nation 🤝🌎 and even better getting quality time with my fellow PGCPS Board Members and as we supported .pheltonmoss during his session on federal advocacy in education. His insights were timely, necessary, and energizing. 🎤🏛️
