We had a great day learning about seeds and pollinators! Ms. Holly from UofI came and taught the kids about germination and the kids got to decorate some sugar cookies to make their own butterflies with blueberries and strawberries. Afterwards they walked around camp to see if they could find any pollinators. Not a pollinator, but someone found a baby turtle too!

What a great day to create! The kids had so much fun playing with some homemade playdough and adding in some nature finds to make their own creations. They also had a free play craft area and went on a walk to find different leaves and grasses to make paint brushes. We love to see their imaginations shine!

Kids had so much fun on Earth Day! They created their own Earth using paint and bags and went on a nature hunt to find different Spring items. As always, we always find ourselves down by the creek 🌞

Bird Day! 🐦 The kids enjoyed making bird masks, bird feeders and decorating a bird house before heading out to see what local birds they could find. We were so happy the weather turned around and turned into a beautiful day 🌞

Sent the kids out on a scavenger hunt to find 6 coins to bring back for a special prize and had a few fun activities inside to warm up. We sure are ready for some Spring weather!
