New tools, new field experiences!

Our students in ERTH 2700: Introduction to Field Geology are heading into the field with brand new Brunton compasses! These essential tools help students build hands-on skills in measuring, mapping, and understanding the geology around them.

A huge thank you to department alumnus Bruce Manchon for donating funds to help make these new compasses possible. We’re grateful for the continued support of our alumni and the opportunities it creates for our students!
