We recently completed the study of residential water use in Phoenix, Glendale and Gilbert, AZ. Water demands are dropping as more homes are equipped with high efficiency devices, and use less water intensive landscapes. This is a trend that will continue for some time.Water agencies need to take note of this when doing capital planning, or a lot of money will get wasted.
