Planting Seeds-Guidance for a Changing World My name is Sara Inskeep but I go by my spiritual name Saara Ashki, my pronouns are she/her.

I have a lifetime of experience, formal, and informal education. Some of my formal education is in psychology and holistic health. Though most of my wisdom comes from informal and non-formal education such as personal experiences.


I graduated from Naropa University with a BA in Religious Studies focused on Multi-Faith, Mystical traditions, and Women’s Studies.

I have a unique way of understanding and interacting with the world; it is this alternative view that I strive to share with others. This view incorporates many distinct aspects of my personality, experience, education, and interests. One major area of interest is in pop culture, such as comics, sci-fi, and fantasy genres.

I believe we are all unique in how we interact with the world and, because of this, there is no "one right way" of healing and transforming ourselves. Through my experiences and own journey, I am able to be a Torchbearer to those seeking to find their own strength and resilience. It would be an honor to walk beside you and light your way.
