For years, I thought I had to be smaller to be “fit enough.” I’d chase scale numbers, skip meals, do endless cardio—and wonder why I still didn’t feel confident.
The truth is, everything changed when I stopped training to shrink myself… and started training to become myself.
I focused on strength, fueling my body, and building habits that supported me long-term. That’s when my best physique came to life—but even more than that, so did my best self.
