Here is a link to the film documenting the process of getting the hub and spoke model into BPS. It highlights many attitudes and barriers we faced in addressing ANY issues with the Food and Nutrition Service department. Truly frustrating. And interesting watch. It ends with some questions only the Mayor's office will be able to answer. Catch it if you can!
