Continuing our celebration of AAPI Heritage month, we are highlighting an amazing, culture inspired beer brand, ! 🔥🔥
Dokkaebier is an award-winning craft beer brand inspired by dokkaebi, the playful spirits from Korean folklore, exploring new flavors and storytelling through beer. With releases inspired by ingredients and flavors across Asia, from bright citrus notes like yuzu to bolder, savory twists like kimchi-inspired brews, Dokkaebier was founded in 2020 in San Francisco by Youngwon Lee to bring Asian flavors into craft beer in a way that feels both familiar and new. Seeing little Asian representation in the industry, he wanted to create brews that honor heritage while pushing boundaries. Launched just before the pandemic, Dokkaebier has grown into a community that shares a passion for creativity and innovation.
Be sure to follow Dokkaebier to join the community and try their delicious brew! 🍻🍻

Happy Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month! Throughout this month, we will be highlighting AAPI entrepreneurs and their amazing businesses and delicious products. Starting with a bang, we have . ❤️
Tiffany Tang built DrinkFolks from a deep reverence of women who came before her. After traveling Southeast Asia to reconnect with her roots and understand the lives of the women who work the land, Tiffany was inspired to create DrinkFolks to reinvest in the women behind the ingredients. She has committed 3% of profits toward supporting female farmers and entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia, with the long-term goal of formalizing this work through the FolksFund.
DrinkFolks is rooted in jamu, a centuries-old Indonesian tradition of plant-based remedies designed to support daily health. They have reimagined these formulations into bioavailable functional root tonics, using ingredients that have been used for centuries, combined with modern formulation techniques to enhance anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. Every bottle represents both a functional health benefit and a deeper commitment to honoring the people and traditions behind it.
Be sure to follow and order yourself some drinks now! ☺️
