At a minimum, you have access to our fitness library to workout for as little as 15 minutes or extend the duration much longer, dependent on objectives and regardless of age, ability, experience, or what you may access to. Health and Wellness Coaching. Want something to follow based on you, your goals, and "bucket list" items? Health and Wellness Coaching is geared to get you going and keep you going, while achieving real results. This service includes 1-on-1 training as well as a milestone-tracker to continually fuel your purpose. Program Facilitation and On-Site Enhancement (health/wellness/fitness/sport-specific) are designed, progressed, and executed by an A.S.A.P. Coach and Program Coordinator. With a team approach in mind, we develop a plan of attack to deliver over a number of days, months, and/or years. Typical programs include corporate health challenges (i.e. track your reps.), sport-specific training, after-school fitness options, and team boot-camps. Not You? Not the team either? Maybe, the environment is the culprit. Take a retreat as a team for the day or weekend. Get away from the to-do lists, come together, and hone back in on the objectives under the guise of the vision, whether it is a state championship or simply building team morale and camaraderie. Team Clinics. Daily, Weekend, and Weekly Clinics are geared towards sports teams, based on skill enhancement, strength development and appropriate protocols, stamina, position-specific agility, and top speed enhancement. Athletic Directors and Head Coaches receive a training manual and a complimentary post-clinic check-in by an A.S.A.P Coach. Performance Training. Preparing for an upcoming event, regardless of age and ability? Upcoming season? Get "back in shape?" Tired of being tired? In need of a new system for a higher level of play? Start with a complimentary evaluation to pinpoint areas of weakness and compensation, relative to goals and timelines.
