"Wow, I'm kinder with truths that are on paper."
"I'm less hard on myself."
This is what folks who've tried Trust Fall Writing have said.
You don't need to "Be a writer," this is for any woman searching for a way to quiet the inner critic and/or self-judgment. Let this be an invitation that marks the end of your search ❤ Feel free to share with other women.

What a FUN and AMAZING group of women at MomLife Health and Wellness Thank you for letting me (and "Bonnie Bones") introduce and show how yoga therapy can compliment physical therapy. And yes, yes you do see belly dance coins because we used them as a tool, rather than for performing, to learn more about our movement and patterns.

-”What if I lost a mom, or moms, I’ve known and loved?”
-”…I was a mom…”
-”…I want to be a mom, but...
What if you identify with all of the above?
The truth is, you are seen. You matter. All of this matters

Many women attend yoga classes to heal something, but sometimes external expectations can get in the way. For instance, a lot feel as though they are expected to wear what may not serve them: types of clothing, orders, postures, heat, even animals weighing the body down. In yoga therapy, however, there’s no general expectation, but rather the personal invitation to explore and learn about one's movement and mental patterns over a course of time in a 1:1 setting that can clear a path toward healing. If this resonates with you or a loved one, I invite you to check out and/or share this article from the RI/Greater Boston Natural Awakenings magazine: https://www.naturalawakeningsboston.com/2026/04/30/569700/one-sized-yoga-doesn-t-fit-all-yoga-therapy-shifts-the-practice-from-perfection-to-self-trust If this does not resonate, then may you find what serves you toward healing and have a wonderful rest of your day. Be well!

We often use our arms to draw things toward us throughout our daily, weekly, and even seasonal routines: dishes, laundry, potted plants, rakes and shovels. As you move your arms for some of these or other activities, how often does it result in shoulder strain when the shoulders aren’t really the area that’s focusing on drawing something toward and away from us? Check out this video where the coins support you as you explore moving only your arms through ease. With ease comes strength over steady practice and time.
