The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month, promoting mental wellness, providing education about mental health and combatting stigma. We spoke to BU’s Rachel Levy-Bell, PsyD, Program Director and Clinical Associate Professor in the Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine (MHCBM) Program about her role and the intricacies of the MHCBM program.

April is Parkinson's Awareness Month, drawing greater awareness to this disease that affects millions. We spoke with Steve Han, MD, MBA (CAMED'18), an associate professor of neurology at our school as well as the director for BMC's Deep Brain Stimulation Program (DBS), about his experiences treating Parkinson's disease and what it is like working in the field of movement disorders.
