"As a male nanny, I’ve met with a few agencies for help in being placed with a family. I got a lot of “No one is really looking for a male nanny..” Kate really cares about who she places with who. She advocated for me. She has great intuition and had called me one day and said “I think you’d be a great fit for this new family that just signed on.” She sent them my profile, we met and they had some other interviews to conduct. Then, we did a trial day and they had another a few days after me. I waited patiently and then I got an email from Kate that they wanted to move forward. Best day ever! After leaving my current nanny family of six years because their youngest aged out, it’s a relief to be able to move on to a new, wonderful family and I feel like I wouldn’t have been able to do that with a great fit without the help of Kate. I’m very appreciative!"
