This unit is restricted to households earning up to 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Maximum Income Limits by Household Size (70% AMI):
4-Person Household: $115,780
5-Person Household: $125,090
Asset Limits: Restrictive asset limits apply as required by the BPDA/BRA Affordable Housing Agreement.
Preferences:
Selection will be made via Lottery, after the waitlist has been exhausted. The following preferences apply:
Boston Resident Preference: Applicants who are current residents of the City of Boston.
Household Size Preference: Preference for households with at least one person per bedroom (Minimum 4 people).
After the lottery BNCLT will continue to accept applications and review on a rolling basis for future openings
How to Apply:
Applications will be available for a period of at least 10 days, including at least one evening and one weekend day.

Use the Mass.gov food bank finder: Visit mass.gov/how-to/find-a-local-food-bank to find food banks in specific regions of the state.
Contact the FoodSource Hotline: Call 800-645-8333 for help finding food resources.
Search local resources: Contact local community or religious organizations, as many operate food pantries and meal programs.
Check specific food bank websites: The websites for the regional food banks often have tools to find a partner agency in your area. For example, the Worcester County Food Bank website has a "Find Food" section with a map
