On the final Sim Thursday of the semester, we wished Dana off on his retirement, and said goodbye to Taka, Mark, and all of our graduating seniors.

Thank you all for the love and passion you’ve brought to this community. You will be missed, but we are all cheering you on as you take on the next chapter of your lives.

These past two Thursdays we were visited by two wonderful guest artists, Daniel Callahan and Alumni Kevin Clancy .studio (shoutout to Scott and Rocelyn for initiating their visits and small groups!)

Last Thursday, we welcomed SIM Alumni Sam Toabe for our Event and Exhibition Planning and Production class! After they generously shared their career path from working as a Godine Gallery manager at SIM to his current role as a director of exhibition at at UMass Boston, each student got to share their work and their future ambition, then tour the current exhibition at Godine. Thank you Sam for spending time with us!

Come to the light (Massart Campus) on March 19th and experience ecstasy for one last time before we depart. The gallery walk begins at 7 and the liveshow at 8.
