My kiddos were super excited about Zero the Hero’s first visit yesterday… and that he brought us “zeros” to munch while we read his story!

Anyone else cleaning all the things!? 🧼🧽🫧 Thank goodness for a little Goo Gone Brand for old labels and Mr. Clean magic eraser for crayon marks… and my Really Good Stuff book boxes and crayon baskets are ready to roll!!

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I introduced myself… so I thought it was the perfect time to reconnect!! 💕 I’m Karen Stamp (which is why I was so excited to see this old mailbox slot! 📫). Comment to let me know what numbers we have in common!
1️⃣ I teach full-day kindergarten. 🖍
2️⃣ This will be my 21st year of teaching (2 years in 1st, 2 years in 2nd, and 17 years in K). 👩🏽‍🏫
3️⃣ I live in northern Virginia (about 45 minutes south of DC). 🏠
4️⃣ My favorite color is green! 💚
5️⃣ My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip. 🍦
6️⃣ I do not like fish or seafood (except tuna in a can!). 🎣
7️⃣ I have a year old Cockapoo named Belle. 🐾
8️⃣ I am a huge Disney fan and love going to Disney World with my family! 🐭
9️⃣ I love incorporating music into our classroom. 🎶

My heart is so full after a week of learning, collaboration, and fun at in ! 💕 Rekindling old friendships and establishing new ones… all while planning ways to support and celebrate educators!! 🥰
