I’m writing this while recovering from a nasty cold, so there’s some perspective behind this post. While it’s okay to take breaks and balance your time wisely, it’s important to see that craving comfort over progress can stunt any goals you have. It’s uncomfortable to go to the gym. It’s uncomfortable to track your money wisely. It’s uncomfortable to challenge yourself, but all of those actions produce growth. I like to think of comfort as the treat of life. It’s nice to have once in a while, but it’s not something you can live off of every day.

Yesterday was the official launch in my social media, but for those of you who just follow this channel here is my BIG ANNOUNCEMENT and the thing I’ve been teasing at for a while now. I was to give a special shoutout to my friends who have been encouraging me and making sure I take time to do fun things as well as seize opportunities when they come up. You all are fantastic and I’m so happy to know you.

I’m also attending Boston’s Down and Derby which is a fund raiser for which helps provide resources in terms of education about what domestic violence is, as well as provide help for those escaping domestic violence including financial abuse. On a personal note, I’ll be looking into this charity more. When looking to get away from my ex, I would have left sooner except I didn’t have the funds because I was a housewife. I wish I had known about the term financial abuse and I wish I had know there were people out there who could have helped me. So please look into them. They’re amazing.

🚨BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Today is the day I’m launching not just Autumn Becomes Me as an official LLC, but I’m also launching my Life Coaching business. I have always had a strong interest in psychology. When I was in high school I started looking into self help books and thought organizing, and then when I got to college I wanted to be a therapist. Life happened though and I didn’t get that chance. It continued to pursue me however and this year (thanks to the nudging of some friends) I decided to make that dream a reality.

I am now an officially certified Jay Shetty Life Coach. I have a few paying clients and this is just something that I wake up and look forward to doing. I feel like this is what I was made for and what I’m suppose to be doing.
