The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street 10/13/2024

I will host an Open House for my large and sunny live/work co-op at 300 Summer Street on Saturday and Sunday, October 19 & 20 from 12:30 - 4:00. The sale of this 1557 sq. ft., limited-equity space, priced far below market rate, is limited to artists only. I would be happy to see you and would appreciate your spreading the word to other artists who might be interested.

The Open House will occur during Fort Point Open Studios, which starts Friday night and runs through Sunday. Contact me via Messenger to see the space at a different time. The space is a 5-minute walk from South Station, has on-street resident parking, and free parking on Sunday.

Fort Point Arts Community is sponsoring Open Studios next weekend, October 18-20. You are welcome to join us at either or both events. Info on the Open House and Open Studios is on The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street website, where you can learn more about my space ( #62) and Fort Point events planned during the weekend. Tap the Open Studios poster to learn more about the various events at 300 Summer, 249 A Street, Midway Studios, and others.
