Please join Dr. Anne Moore, Director of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships, for a conversation about the ways you can pursue paid opportunities for research, scholarship, and public service opportunities both at Northeastern and beyond! As veterans, you have a competitive advantage for many of these awards, including but not limited the Fulbright U.S. Student program to study or teach English abroad, and the Goldwater Scholarship for research accomplishment in STEM. Undergraduate Research and Fellowships is here to help you find opportunities for money, glory, and hopefully the combination of money AND glory!
Many of these fellowships reserve resources specifically for veterans, though few apply. Join us to learn more during one of two virtual presentations.

PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) introduces and teaches golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. Led by PGA of America Golf Professionals, the program is inclusive of a developmental 6-8 week curriculum. All programs are funded by the PGA of America REACH Foundation so the cost of programming is free to all Veterans. This initial survey will help gauge interest and slot allocation. They want to make sure that interested students from all Boston-area schools are represented and prioritize those who have not been able to participate in a clinic before. https://forms.gle/guKwZA8vvqK7RKXs9
