Happy Memorial Day! On Friday, St. Peter Academy Pre-K through 6th grade visited the annual Memorial Day Flag Garden on the Boston Common, featuring more than 37,000 American flags planted in front of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in honor of Memorial Day this upcoming Monday. It was a meaningful experience for our students to witness this beautiful tribute and take time to remember and honor those who served our country. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Getting messy in K2/1 as we plant our final tomato plant products. We started soaking seeds in February and used a hydro garden to start growth. Next we transplanted and nurtured our seedlings 🌱 until they were big enough for a gallon size pot! We learned about composting cardboard and using rocks/sticks to build a base so our roots can breathe. Stay tuned for our harvest. 🪴🍅
