Lights. Sound. Action at Madison Park!

Students in our 10th & 12th Grade Media Production & Entertainment Program had an incredible, hands-on week learning from industry professionals at IATSE Local 481 and New England Studio Mechanics.

On Tuesday, students explored audio production with Aaron Bouchard, learning how to capture high-quality sound using a Zoom recorder and boom microphone.

On Thursday, Jose “Flecha” Hernandez led a lighting demonstration in which students worked with professional equipment and experienced what it’s like on a real film set.

From sound to lighting, our students gained real-world skills, connected with industry experts, and explored exciting career pathways in media production.
