It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our classmate Edwin “Marshall” Brown, yesterday, May 30, 2026. We were advised of Marshall’s untimely passing by classmates Janice Allsup Johnson and Lynn Offer. Please join us in sending our condolences and prayers to Marshall’s family and friends.

We do not have any information or an obituary on Marshall’s passing or Celebration of Life. As soon as we have this information we will pass it on to you. I am sure many of you fondly remember Marshall from our days at AHS.

Unfortunately, there was not a picture of Marshall in our senior yearbook, but we did have one from our sophomore year. And Lynn Offer was kind enough to provide us with a recent photo.

Class of 1971 Annapolis High School Reunion - Three Cheers to 55 Years!

Class of 1971 AHS Panthers:
Our 55th AHS Class of 71 Reunion is just around the corner. Your Reunion Committee is proud to present you with the plans we have worked on to provide you with a memorable 55th Class Reunion the weekend of October 2-4, 2026. Let’s celebrate the weekend with Three Cheers to 55 Years with old friends. It will be wonderful to catch up with classmates and reminisce on our times together at Annapolis High School and maybe even reconnect with friends we haven’t seen in 55 years. We sincerely hope you can join us for the festivities and create more memories.

Friday, October 2, 2026, Informal Gathering at old AHS & possible Football Game:

Currently our plans for Friday night are not finalized. We are hoping to attend an AHS Football Game whether it be home or away. However, since the schedule is not available, we are unable to provide definite plans for this activity. We hope to have this information by the middle of August. If it is an away game, we will carpool to the destination. We are planning on gathering again at the old Annapolis High School (801 Chase St.) and Maryland Hall to capture another class picture that we were able to do in 2023. (How exciting was that!) Stay tuned for information on the football game.

If we are unable to attend a football game, this will be an evening for classmates to casually gather in small groups at local restaurants in the Annapolis area for the evening.

Meals for all teachers will be complimentary and will be covered by individual members of the committee. ($85 per person) [$85/person – price includes Appetizers, buffet dinner w/dessert (gratuity/sales tax); ballroom fee; bartenders; Spotify/Music]

At 6:00 PM we will have our class picture taken. The cost for an 8x10 Class photo will be $20. We will have a photo booth during the entire evening. The package for an individual or couples is: 1 – 5x7, 1 - 3 1/5 x 5 and 2 wallet size photos for $20.00. For a small group up to 6, 1 5x7 for $10.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our classmate, Deborah Fedorkowicz. I was informed today by Debbie’s sister, Mary Hutchins, that Debbie passed away in August 2012 due to heart issues.

I am attaching the obituary I found on the internet from Kalas Funeral Home for your reference. I know many of you remember Debbie from our days at AHS. Even though it has been 14 years since her passing, please keep Debbie’s family in your thoughts and prayers. She will be remembered at our reunion in October.

May She Rest In Peace and May Her Memory Be Eternal. 🙏💔☦️
