Day 3 of losing 100lbs!

I knew today’s weigh in would be good but not that good. But I also was prepared for it to go back up the next day (which spoiler, it does, you’ll see tomorrow)

The scale can’t be trusted but luckily I’ve been doing this long enough that I just know that’s part of the game and that the scale ain’t got NOTHING on being consistent. Only 3 days in so well on our way to lose 10lbs this month.

Joined pickleball weightloss challenge so it’s actually day 1 of that. Let’s put in the work baby 🤘

Clips don’t show it justice but pickleball is no joke when you’re paying 4.0 level and up. A ton of lateral movement and at my weight it’s still a lot. One of the best things is I keep getting faster and better the more I lose.

Could have ate a bit more today but honestly was just a busy day between work and pickleball. Typically I eat 2 big meals a day with 2 snacks unless I wake up hungry but that’s not usually the case.
