Paul Thayer, a clinical associate professor of child life and family-centered care here at BU Wheelock, recently coauthored a new book, "Family Engagement in Education: Inclusive Approaches for Creating Collaborative and Equitable School Communities." By reframing how educators engage with parents and caregivers, this new book promotes stronger partnerships that enhance student outcomes.
