Through myGiide (www.mygiide.com), everyone can access free assessments and insights for their cultural agility competencies and cultural values.

The Cultural Agility assessment unlocks a diagnostic cultural agility scorecard. The Cultural Values assessment builds self-awareness of the eight most deeply rooted socialized values.

With the purchase of a group plan, you can invite others within your organization/institution to use myGiide. In addition to the free features (noted above) the group plan enables each member within the group plan to access:

1. Insights into their own cultural values and how they compare with the values of their unit (e.g., organization, team, class). This provides a platform to understand values-based similarities and differences within their unit

2. Suggestions for each group member on how to collaborate with group members whose cultural values are different

3. A customized, actionable report for each user on ways to build their cultural agility

Group leaders can access a chart that indicates the diversity in group members’ competencies with suggestions to promote collaboration. Group leaders can also create and manage multiple groups within their plan.
