Coming up next in our lecture series, Turkish and Kurdish translator Nicholas Glastonbury visits to discuss the desires of translation. He will be taking us backstage into his translations of two novels: Sema Kaygusuz's "Every Fire You Tend" (Tilted Axis, 2019) and Şener Özmen's "The Competition of Unfinished Stories" (Sandorf Passage, forthcoming). This Friday, Feb. 7th at 2:30pm in CAS 306!
