Slowing down doesn’t alway bring more calm… sometimes Ismael’s you feel even more restless, behind, or like you’re not doing enough!🙃

Feeling anxious when you try to relax isn’t a flaw, (it’s been adaptive for you)- so if you think slowing down is doing the opposite for you- you’re right!
