There is a lot changing in the education system and classroom sizes are larger, which means really thinking of ways to utilize the space to best meet the needs of the students as well as keeping things organized for easy access. I know with taxes increasing and groceries increasing it’s hard to have any additional money so I completely understand. But if you are able to donate a book about teaching phonics skills through a picture book or pack of markers to my classroom I would truly be so appreciative and so would my future students. When I was younger and even now at my age, I have always been the cheerleader and person to hype others up. I want to provide the positivity and motivation to student teachers, first year teachers, newer teachers, and veteran teachers to let them know someone has their back and will listen and support them. I want all teachers to know how amazing they are because they are heroes and that they have so many children and teens that look up to them, which proves teachers are heroes.

Throughout the years I have made some of the mot motivational posts and so many people have said I am good at pumping others up and been selfless to do for others. I love pumping others up, listen to them and make others (especially teachers) feel good about themselves or their classroom decisions, by giving advice.

That is when it hit me! I may not be a teacher yet and will learn more of teachers grievances, good days, bad days, stressors, non-existent self care, and so much more through student teaching and my first year teaching but that does not mean I cannot be there for you now too! I have learned a lot and I believe sometimes a new perspective can always shine a different type of light.

So let’s be TEACHER BFFs and get through it together!

To get focused on Monday mornings, I allow myself to let loose and have a dance party. Monday's are about getting ready for the week, setting up my schedule and figuring out what products I want to focus on creating for the week. The only way that I know how to get rid of the Monday stress is to dance it out with my favorite playlist. My playlist includes oldies, pop, r&b, rap, country, soft rock, and so much more!

It is hard to find an organizational path that works for teachers and especially as a first year teacher in the classroom. This resource will allow you to not only organize your day but also your week. The printable copies give you the capability to print out the to do list for the day and keep it on your clipboard while you are teaching. Instead of doing everything in the morning, this to do list gives you options to spread out and plan what is needed to be done during your free morning time, lunch time as well as after school, so you can get ready for the next day.

My main goal with this IG account is to be 100% honest not only with everyone following me, but also honest with myself.

I am still waiting to take my final exam to get my approval to do student teaching. My final exam is on June 1st and I am 100% in study mode. This will be my sixth time taking it and boy do I feel stupid because of it. I see so many people saying they have passed the social studies portion and it only took them one time. I get jealous of those people, super jealous, but I do not and will not let that jealousy hold me back.

In another part of my life I have started this wonderful journey of creating my own resources and putting them on TPT. I 100% know this is a long game and that putting up my first resource would not mean here comes the sales in 5 days. I need to keep adding resources, fixing my current ones and not stopping and I need to be consistent.

But again.... here I was getting jealous seeing others in a group I am following talking about their first sales already or continuous sales. This is the life we live in where we continue to compare ourselves to others. But honey let me tell you, there is no one out there like you. You are the only YOU out there and YOU are the only one that can turn off that brain and tell yourself you are doing enough, you are working hard enough, and you are putting your all into this.

Believe in yourself and you will get there, you will get what you want in this world 💕
