I am always getting compliments on my accessories but most of my statement pieces are from either outlet or Atelier. This is one of my favorite and very old necklace (I got it maybe 7 years ago) but still love it so much!! Anyway, I was missing a bit of glam as I’m surrounded by boxes, cans of paint and delayed deliveries!! Happy Sunday everyone!

I never got around to post this picture but I wanted to. This was my last week in Malaysia which coincided with winning this unexpected award for entrepreneurship, award that I celebrated with my awesome friends and colleagues. Anyway, 4 months later here’s the pic :)))

This book started as a small project based on my executive and MBA teaching of Smart and Sharp skills in management.

I self published in Malaysia because the traditional process of publishing was very long and complicated.

I printed about 5000 copies and all sold out and the ebook on Amazon is mostly available in USA only which is a massive pain.

I know is it an imperfect distribution model because it’s a hack done with “nailing tools and the jungle mentality (those who know the analogy know :)!

However, to see my book next to the giants of Sloan?!??

I am not kidding, might have some tears in my eyes as I am writing this!

Thank you to all my amazing collaborators and my “ad-hoc” publisher Tim Garland who’s not even a publisher but as a true nailer he said: how hard can it be?

And to Crystal Cha JY who in similar fashion, took on the role of editor even though she’s never done it before!
