❌ MYTH: “You need to feel sore to make progress.”
Soreness can happen after a good workout—but it’s not proof that the workout worked.
DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is often greater when you introduce a new exercise, increase training volume, or perform movements your body isn’t used to.
Real progress is better measured by:
💪 Getting stronger
📈 Increasing reps or load
🎯 Improving technique
⚡ Improving performance
📆 Staying consistent over time
The goal isn’t to destroy your body every workout.
Train. Recover. Adapt. Progress.
Soreness is optional. Progress isn’t.
