🎯Can we talk about how overwhelming this season of life actually is?

You’re not burned out because you’re doing it wrong. You’re burned out because everyone wants a piece of you — and you’ve been giving it without filling back up.

Creating the life you want in motherhood doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in microshifts. Small decisions. A little more awareness each day.

That’s what this episode is all about on . So grateful for the opportunity to be there for the conversation. Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if this hits home.

🎙️ For the full episode, head over to the link in comments — you don’t want to miss it.

To every mom reading this on Mother’s Day, I see you.

Not the highlight reel version. The real one. The one who’s tired, who’s been running on empty longer than she wants to admit, who’s giving everything she has and still wondering if it’s enough.

These are words from a recent podcast conversation, things I said out loud that I didn’t realize I needed to say until I said them.

Because here’s what I know after years of coaching working moms:

The burnout doesn’t just go away on its own. But it also doesn’t have to be your normal.

There is another side. And the path there starts with one honest conversation.

🌸 If any of these slides hit home, that’s not a coincidence. That’s a nudge.

I have a few spots open for 1:1 coaching and I’d love to talk. No pressure, no pitch, just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

And share this with a mom who needs to hear it today. 💛

Joy doesn’t just happen. You have to schedule it like a meeting you refuse to cancel.

As moms, we are pros at filling every hour with everyone else’s needs.

But when did you last make it onto your own calendar? I sat down with to talk about why scheduling joy isn’t selfish — it’s survival.

🎙️ Listen to the full episode at the link in my bio — and send this to the mom who keeps saying “I’ll rest when things slow down.”

“I feel like I’m not enough.”

She said it so quietly. And something in me stopped.

Because at 43, I needed to hear what I was about to say to her too.

I told her:

We were all born enough.
Whole.
Nothing to fill. Nothing lacking.

You are enough in all you do.
In sports. At home. With friends and family.
You are enough. Always.

She shifted into calm almost immediately.

And I sat there a little surprised, honestly, that she already knew so much about this feeling at her age.

I can’t change what she’s going through. I can’t fix it or take it away.

But I can keep reminding her.

And maybe that’s the work, isn’t it?

For our kids. And for ourselves.

If you needed to hear this today, consider this your reminder too. You are whole and complete, exactly as you are. 🤍

We were handed a world that was never really designed with us in mind — and somehow we’re supposed to thrive in it anyway.

The mental load. The invisible labor. The pressure to do it all without asking for too much. I joined to untangle what women actually need right now — and why naming it is the first step to changing it.

New Blog Alert: You're Not Failing at Motherhood — You're Running on Empty

The same skills that made you successful at work…
are often the reason you feel burned out at home.

👉 I wrote about it here

Maybe it lands with someone who needs to feel a little less alone. ✨

If the version of you that used to "handle everything" has gone quiet… this one's for you. 🎙️

I had the honor of sitting down with That Mom Podcast to talk about something so many of us feel but rarely name. Burnout in motherhood isn't just being tired. It's when everything you used to do to cope… stops working.

We talk about the grief of losing your old self, why you can't think your way out of this, and what it actually looks like to come back to yourself.

Link in the comments. 💛

Is it burnout… or is it something else?

Lately, I’ve been hearing the same quiet question from so many women —
“I just don’t feel like myself.”

And if I’m honest, I’ve felt it too.

We’re quick to blame stress, busy schedules, and everything on our plates (and yes, those things matter). But sometimes… the answer isn’t just what you’re carrying — it’s what’s shifting within you.

That’s why I want to introduce you to someone I trust, Kimberley Arcara, who specializes in the connection between mental health and hormonal changes, especially for women in their 30s and 40s.

Because what we often call “burnout” could actually be something deeper — and more supported than you think.

If you’ve been feeling off, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself… this is your sign to look a little closer.
I shared more of her insight (and how you can work with her) over on the blog — plus ways I continue to support you through coaching as well.

And tell me — have you ever wondered if it’s more than just burnout?

You’re not alone in this.

It's Not You. It's Time for Realignment.

Midlife isn't just busy. It's a convergence.

Your career. Your growing kids. Your aging parents. All asking something from you at the same time.

And the way you used to operate? Push through, hold it all, be everything to everyone... it doesn't work anymore.

Not because you're failing. Because you've outgrown it.

This is where realignment begins. Getting honest about what actually supports you now, what needs to shift so you have the mental and physical capacity to live your life, not just manage it.

More support. More space. More intention around how you show up.

You don't have to do it the old way anymore.

If this is the season you're in, I'd love to support you.
