This year we’re switching it up a bit. Think chef stations passed appetizers and a dance floor that stays full:
•Cocktail style
•More movement
•More connection
•More time to actually mix mingle and dance
•Same energy just a new format

Tickets are still available but are going fast so if you’ve been thinking about it this is your sign to lock it in!

Sometimes educators just need the time, space, and community to get things done.

Earlier this month we came together for a Grading & Planning Party hosted by TTL, Boston Teacher Residency, and Boston Plan for Excellence.

Grading papers. Planning lessons. Getting organized. Building Community

With good food, free academic coaching, and even a few massages along the way, it was a reminder that when educators have the right support, incredible things happen.

For so many educators of color, happiness lives in those rare moments when you get to pause, step out of school mode, and just be celebrated.

After pouring into your students, your communities, and each other, you deserve a night that pours back into you.

Our prom theme this year, Still Shining, reminds us that even in the face of challenges, educators of color continue to show up, lead, uplift, and shine for their students, their fellow educators, and their communities every single day.

And on this night, we celebrate you. Join us at The Cyclorama on May 2, 2026 at 7PM.

It’s that time again. A night just for educators and school staff to get dressed up, dance, connect, laugh, and experience the joy of being in community. Educator Prom is The Teachers’ Lounge’s annual end-of-year celebration and we cannot wait to celebrate you on the dance floor.

🎟️ Tickets are now on sale by clicking the link in our bio or visitng our website: theteachersloungema.org/prom

POV: You tell your students to come prepared…
and then CLOC asks where your pre-work and binder are.

Accountability goes both ways around here. 😂📚
