What an incredible few days in Philadelphia and Liberty Island for this Newburyport (MA) 8th grade class! 🇺🇸✨
From walking through the birthplace of American democracy and exploring historic landmarks in Philadelphia to visiting the iconic Statue of Liberty, students experienced history in a hands-on and meaningful way while making lifelong memories together along the way.
The trip was filled with unforgettable moments — including an evening aboard a river dinner and dance cruise on the Delaware River and taking in a Philadelphia Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park! ⚾🛳️
A huge congratulations to all of the students on your upcoming graduation! 🎓 Wishing you the best for all that lies ahead as you begin this next chapter.

These 9th grade students from recently returned from an unforgettable Civil Rights Journey through the American South.
Over five impactful days, students traveled through Atlanta, Birmingham, Selma, Montgomery, the Mississippi Delta, and Memphis — visiting powerful historic sites including the Edmund Pettus Bridge, the Legacy Museum, 16th Street Baptist Church, and the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel.
Through meaningful experiences, conversations, music, culture, and reflection, students gained a deeper understanding of the Civil Rights Movement and its lasting impact today.

This group from Mayfair Laboratory School, Baton Rouge, LA, experienced an unforgettable Spring Break filled with adventure, discovery, and meaningful local connections.
They explored Rincón de la Vieja National Park and had some pretty incredible wildlife sightings—including a rare tapir, spider monkeys, white-nosed coatis, and even a silky anteater (an extremely rare find!).
The adventure continued with horseback riding, whitewater tubing, and zip lining through the rainforest and canyons—plus time to unwind in natural volcanic hot springs.
Along the way, students also visited a local primary school, meeting peers and teachers while gaining insight into Costa Rica’s education system and building real cultural connections beyond the classroom.
A spring break well spent!
