The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, Fitzgerald Youth Sports Institute "United in Movement" Health Actions for Parents and Youth Nutrition and Fitness Program is now being delivered at two Citizen School locations in Dorchester, Massachusetts - the Dever McCormick Middle School and the Trotter School as well as two health centers, the South End Community Health Center and the Brookside Community Health Center. Facilitators at these sites are AmeriCorps Community HealthCorps Members.
