I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful event planned by Buxmont AORN in celebration of perioperative nurses week. Jane Rothock, an esteemed instructor and author, spoke at ECRI on the topic of health literacy and informed consent. The food and venue were wonderful, Jane was brilliant and inspiring. Just the right mix to reenergize nursing practice!
