17 Self care tips to celebrate YOU ⬇️ pt.2 with a new set of tips! 

Working hard JUST as important as celebrating, especially once you achieve a goal! You don’t need to wait until a giant milestone - any win is a win - it can be as small or as big as you want! 🫶

Why is it important to celebrate? 
When you reward yourself for working hard or overcoming something, it acts as motivation to keep going! If you know there’s something you want waiting for you once you check everything off the list, that’s great motivation to keep going ♥️

1. Take yourself out on a solo date to your favorite restaurant or cafe.

2. Spend a day exploring a new hobby or activity that you’ve always wanted to try.

3. Plan a mini getaway or staycation to recharge and pamper yourself.

4. Treat yourself to a shopping spree and splurge on something you’ve been eyeing for a while.

5. Attend a workshop or class that aligns with your interests or passions.

6. Create a DIY spa day at home with luxurious bath products, candles, and soothing music.

7. Volunteer your time to help others and spread kindness in your community.

8. Practice gratitude by writing down everything you love about yourself and your life.
