Drawing can be extremely therapeutic and stress-relieving. Taking a few minutes to doodle could be exactly what you need to calm down! This doodle is by author and illustrator Mo Willems, who is posting daily videos on The Kennedy Center’s YouTube about drawing inspiration. We highly recommend for children AND adults!
