At we’re all about fulfilling your dreams… therefore I’d love it if you could join me in congratulating our very own Ms. Nikki on her new adventure as Assistant Spa Manager! Since the day I met this very special woman, all she talked about was doing whatever it took to better herself as a professional so she could one day become a Spa Manager. Well, God had some other plans. The Spa she worked at for 16 years got washed away by Ian and so did the trajectory she was on. After she finished the program, she found a home on my staff. Over the last year, Nikki has been such an incredible help to us and truly became an important part of our culture. We’ve had a great many laughs, a ton of successful graduates, and accomplished amazing feats.

Nikki, I am SO proud of you. Im proud to see that you had a dream, and you stuck with it. And because of that, here you are! On the cusp of finishing what you started. Maybe that hurricane gave you the chance to learn and grow with us in ways you needed. Or maybe it meant to stall until a better, healthier opportunity would come your way. Whatever the purpose, I truly believe it was meant to happen exactly the way it did.

As an employer, just like a school owner, you hate to see your babies leave, but you’re so so so happy to see them succeed even if it means you don’t get to see them everyday.

Congratulations to you, my friend. You are the epitome of what we are trying to accomplish with our students here at school. I’m so excited for this new chapter! Go kick some ass!!
