We are aware of the false and defamatory statements being made publicly regarding our business, its ownership, its operations, and our family.
The business was acquired several years ago through a legitimate transaction between the prior female owner and the current ownership. We have obtained and maintained all the required and mandatory licenses, permits, and approvals required by the applicable governmental authorities and agencies for our operations and industry, including at the local, state, and federal levels.
Any matters, violations, or issues identified by multiple governmental agencies concerning the prior ownership, former employees, or activities conducted under the previous ownership have been appropriately legally documented by the applicable agencies and are matters of record. Such matters should not be misrepresented as being attributable to the current ownership or to our current operations.
Our current operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and governmental requirements.
We respectfully ask that the individual(s) responsible immediately cease and desist from making or distributing false statements concerning our business, ownership, employees, operations, or family.
We also respectfully ask members of the public and our community not to participate in, repeat, or amplify defamatory or knowingly false statements about our business or family. We further ask that all threats, harassment, intimidation, or other inappropriate conduct directed toward our family or business cease immediately.
We will not engage in a public dispute or respond to every allegation. However, continued false statements, threats, harassment, or conduct that unlawfully harms our business, reputation, or family will be documented and addressed through the appropriate channels.
We remain committed to operating our business lawfully, professionally, and transparently, and we appreciate the continued support of our customers and community.
