We had the full crew out this past Sunday for some awesome meet prep training.

I could not be more proud of this group and I can’t wait to watch them crush some big PRs at our hometown meet in Bonham on October 14th.

Come out and support our lifters and the best gym in North Texas!

It’s not too late to sign up, we have a few slots left! Check out the link below for more details.

Kristie has been making incredible progress on all of her lifts. She has added 60lbs to her deadlift in just 3 weeks! Watch her pull a smooth set of 5 with 160lbs!

Are you not making progress with your training?
Are you brand new to the gym and not sure where to start?
I would love to help!

One of my favorite parts of this job is the community we’ve built!

Despite the fact that I had to travel this week for work, my Tuesday evening crew still got together yesterday to get the work done! They spotted, watched for form, loaded plates, and cheered each other on through a tough workout.

These 4 ladies have become great friends in and out of the gym.

Come out to Fat Chance Fitness and check it out. The Fat Chance family is one of a kind!

Let’s go out and set some PRs and have a good time doing it! I’ll have quite a few clients lifting at this meet. Let me know if you’re interested in joining us!

Either way, come support our lifters!

I love this crew! These badass ladies have been training hard and getting stronger every single session. They will be representing our gym at our annual meet in October. We are currently 12 weeks out, so plenty of time to improve and set some big PR’s. I can’t wait to see what we can do on meet day. 💪🏼

Client Spotlight - Leslie Hill has been been making steady progress on all of her lifts over the past 4 months. This girl only has one gear, it's GO! When she can harness and channel that energy, she makes her training look easy.

Leslie is one of several badass ladies that will representing our gym and competing at our Country Strong powerlifting meet in October.

Here she is tossing 225lbs around like a warmup, next stop, 300lbs!

Super late post, but better late than never!

I’d like to shout out these two badass ladies, they both crushed their first-ever powerlifting meet, I couldn’t be prouder of them.

It has been a blast seeing these two make such incredible progress and seeing them reap the fruits of their hard work and discipline on meet day.

Prep has already begun for the annual Fat Chance Country Strong meet In October, these two will be there ready to kill it!
