So excited to be collaborating with Tease Academy to bring you a very special student showcase this October! Interested in becoming a student? Keep your eyes peeled for classes this September (Tease) and November (Schooled).

Calling all “Schooled by Manic” and “Tease Academy” students to apply for a very special student showcase with headliner Burlesque Hall of Fame 2024 Mx Exotic World Queen of Burlesque Honey Bee Rose !

Each school has 5 spots available for this showcase (yes to duo or group acts). All acts need to embrace the theme of fables, fairies, or folklore with a very respectful NO for portraying child characters (Burlesque folks especially.) .

Students must be active in their training to be considered for the show. (This means that the student has been enrolled in classes this past season (2025-2026) as we want to showcase current students. Please reach out to Otto or M**f for more clarification if needed).

Not interested in performing but want to work the show? Let us know by emailing [email protected] (Stage Crew, Tip hustlers, Spot)

Applications are due by Midnight, August 31st. Announcements will go out within the first week of September.

Show Me The Money: A drag workshop all about finances

We know it, we love it: MONEY. In this class, we'll go over how to get paid for your drag, networking tips and tricks to maximize your bookings and your bag, PLUS everything you need to know about taxes and how they work.

Buck D’Licious is a gender-fluid drag and performance artist. They are the winner of Boise’s Next Drag Superstar Extravaganza Season 1 and have performed on some of Boise’s largest stages, including Boise Pride MainStage and Treefort Music Festival. As a nationally touring drag artist, Buck has performed in cities such as Dallas, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, and others. When not performing, Buck is dedicated to creating opportunities for underrepresented drag artists within their community and mentoring emerging talent. They are the co-creator of Mic Drop, Boise’s only open-stage drag show, and also co-created Mascs 4 Mimosas, Idaho’s first all-drag-king drag brunch
