When I was younger, I thought successful entrepreneurs were the people with the best answers.

Over time, I realized something different.

The best entrepreneurs ask better questions.

Questions create clarity.
Questions create breakthroughs.
Questions create bigger futures.

That realization changed my life and eventually became the foundation for Strategic Coach.

The point here is to live long and die short. Too many spend too much of their life in a long, slow decline.

The body adapts at any age when you give it a reason to.

Your muscles don’t know how old you are.
They respond to challenge.

Your heart responds to movement.
Your bones respond to resistance.
Your balance improves when you practice it.

That’s how the body works.

When you ask more of it, it begins to change.

Walk consistently and your endurance improves.
Lift weights and your muscles grow stronger.
Stretch regularly and your mobility returns.

The goal isn’t to be younger.
The goal is to become more capable.

Age may influence how you train, but it does not eliminate your ability to improve.

Give your body a reason to respond.
Then stay consistent long enough to see what it can do.

Whose company needs a fun team building/appreciation/afternoon off where to get to make and take your own chocolates?!

We’re currently scheduling corporate groups to come in for one of our private candy making classes that we teach at our Vista Village location. During our 90 minute class, participants will learn about the history of Lee’s Candies, try their hand at rolling out their own candy to take home, and leave with a custom-packed box of goodies. And did I mention that we welcome all our groups with charcuterie and sparkly beverages?

When we expect life to be easy we set ourselves up to feel like a victim of our circumstances. Life is hard. Once we embrace that fact life feels easier.
