Check this out, the drain to the large master bathroom soaker tub had never been connected, (4 year old home) This is why we do inspections on new homes.

Damaged drum trap below the hall bathtub, cause for a very smelly crawl space while I was inspecting the home.

A do it yourself downspout extension

Check this out, the hot water line to the water heater burst while the home owners were away. (very nasty mold growth throughout the home)

Do it yourself installation of a propane water, check out the metal flue at the top of the water heater. No wonder the tenants where complaining about headaches.

Ivy vines growing on the exterior stucture can cause major damage to the exterior siding and structure.

Mold growth in attics is a common thing here in Idaho, due to lack of ventilation in attics, and not using the bathroom exhaust fans while showering.

(Just for laughs) I found this cat drinking from the basement toilet on a house I was inspecting.

Check this out I discovered these mushrooms going under the master bathtub, due to an on going water leak.

The seller tried to hide the fire damge to the structure in the crawl space with new insulation, then denied doing it. Should my clients had not chosen to have the home inspected, it could have resulted in thousands of dollars worth of repairs.
