IMPORTANT!!!
For any artists who are considering, or have applied to this year's Alexa Rose Foundation grants, they have been having issues with image files being too large, and the applications bouncing back tot he sender without a confirmation.

"If you believe you submitted your Alexa Rose Foundation grant application but did NOT receive an email confirmation, then your application did NOT successfully submit. If you hit "Submit" and the application bounced back blank, the application was not successfully submitted. This is most likely because the images you uploaded were too large.

If you believe you successfully submitted your application and did not receive an email confirmation please go to the Contact Page on the Alexa Rose Foundation website and send an email before 5 pm February 28th. We will check submittals and support you in resubmitting if necessary.

The Foundation wants to ensure everyone who wanted to apply gets their applications in for consideration. Thank you!"

Applications to the Alexa Rose Foundation, granting local artists opportunities to further educate or advance their current practices, are now open, and will close February 28th. There is still plenty of time. Mark your calendars, and apply. The world needs art, and therefor, needs artists to feel comfortable in their endeavors. Use the tools available!!!
