What a journey the StartUp Showdown has been! I went from being unsure if I even wanted to open a business to creating the concept for Namaste Studio and competing in a statewide competition with a solid pitch deck and business plan against 16 other great competitors ✨

We all worked SO hard during this process and I want to give all Glory to God. Without God I absolutely wouldn’t have even entered this competition and win or lose, I have gained so much from the experience. 🤍

There is ONE last section though, an online voting one! Once they release our pitch day videos on their YouTube channel I will be sure to let you allllll know so you can go vote! The videos with the highest like counts will get extra points added to their final score. 😉

August 26’ calendar is here!
I’ve stopped weekend classes for this month because my boys are starting school and we will be focused on finding our new groove🍎 ✏️

You’ll also notice we have a NEW CLASS starting this month!! Hot Pilates will be just like our regular Thursday classes….. but I’m turning the heat up as high as the ymca will let me 😈💪🏽 Sweating is a great way to detox your body! Please bring PLENTY of water and a sweat towel. I don’t want anyone passing out so let’s allllll make sure we are taking breaks as we need them. 🔥

Last but not least PITCH DAY!!!! The day is finally here to put all my hard work to the test. I’ll be pitching my business idea in front of a board of Wells Fargo directors and I’m so excited and nervous (in a good way!) I’ll give it my all and be proud of myself no matter the outcome 💕✨

The Fitness Festival was e v e r y t h i n g!! Thank you to everyone who helped out, came out, and showed out 💰 I’m so grateful for all of the support I’ve received in this endeavor from my community! We raised a chunk to put towards the studio and had a blast while doing it. What a perfect day ☀️💕💪🏽✨
