Paidion - derived from the Greek word meaning “beloved child”, represents those we are called to protect.
Through our nonprofit safety training programs, we serve religious-based and private schools, equipping them to create safer environments

“The day chooses you.”
At Paidion Shield, that motto guides everything we do. You don’t get to choose the day or the challenge but with the right training, you can be prepared for whatever comes your way. That includes being ready to protect the innocent lives of children.
We exist to fully prepare people in really any setting that needs protection. So when the day comes, they are ready to stand, respond, and safeguard those entrusted to them.

Huge thank you to Black Rifle Coffee of Boerne for featuring Paidion Shield as your give-back campaign on the TOAST system! ☕
Because of your support, we can continue providing critical safety training to churches and places where child learn, while also giving our veterans the opportunity to serve again by finding purpose as instructors.
We’re grateful for your partnership and your commitment to community, service, and those who protect others. 💙

✨ From all of us at Paidion Shield, we wish you a very Happy Holidays and a blessed Christmas season. ✨
At this time of year, we’re reminded of the promise found in John 10:11:
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”
May this season bring peace, protection, and reassurance to you and your loved ones, knowing we are cared for, watched over, and never alone.
Wishing you comfort, joy, and a safe New Year. 🤍
The Paidion Shield Family
🎄This holiday season, we pause to say THANK YOU.
To the men and women serving our country who can’t be home with their families right now, your sacrifice does not go unnoticed. While many of us gather with loved ones, we are deeply grateful for those standing watch, protecting our freedoms, and keeping others safe.
From all of us at Paidion Shield, we wish you strength, safety, and peace this holiday season. Your service means everything. ❤️

As we sit down today to enjoy time with our families, let’s take a moment to remember the brave men and women deployed far from home, protecting our great nation.
Here at Paidion Shield, we are grateful for their sacrifice and service, today and every day.

Unfortunately, a growing trend in schools is students physically confronting teachers who are simply enforcing basic rules, like no phones in the classroom. At Paidion Shield, we believe no educator should ever feel unsafe for doing their job.
Our training equips teachers and staff at public, private, and church-based schools with the skills to stay confident, calm, and in control during confrontations. We focus on situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and safe threat-disabling techniques that help protect everyone involved.
Paidion Shield is here to empower our schools, support our educators, and strengthen the safety of our communities.
