When you’re eating the healthy foods, you don’t need to obsess over calories. Focus on taking in good, quality meals and snacks and your body will find its happy weight. My recommendation is Whole Foods eating which just means eating foods in as whole and natural a state as possible. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean clean meats. I’ve launched a meal planning program to help take the guesswork out of weekly dinners. Every Friday, you’ll receive the menu for the upcoming week and recipes already vetted for health and tested for tastiness 😍 it’s VERY economical and I’ve had good feedback with the clients who have beta tested it for me. Raw fruits and vegetables contain valuable enzymes that aid in digestion. They also contain nutrients that can be damaged by cooking. I try to eat 3 to 5 raw fruit and veggie snacks per day. It will give you a nutritional boost on your health and wellness journey!

Conditioning has us thinking that we deserve a treat and that those treats are things like sugary snacks, French fries, beer, or a night out. None of these things helps our overall health and wellbeing. For a moment of dopamine, you pay a big price.

My challenge to you is to go against the grain and break out of these social norms. Redefine in your mind what a treat is. Mine? Homemade smoothies or fresh juice. A hike. Time with my amazing family and friends. Hugs. Smiles. Food that raises my vibe. Yoga. Massage. Skiing. Reading a great book. Laughing. Mountains. Beach time. Loving other humans.

Life is so good when we focus on what’s good 🙏🏼💙

Friends, it is CRITICALLY important that we pay attention to our thoughts right now. We are creating our realities each moment with our thoughts. What are you giving your energy to? Where are you focused? Be conscious of this and everything changes.

When I stumble, I try to use it as a reminder to come back to gratitude and balance. Some days it’s really hard, but the good news is that you can reset your thoughts as many times as you need to during a day. Stay in peace, remain grounded, fill your heart with gratitude. It will change your life 🙏🏼😇
