We’re hosting more camps in Boerne!!💪🏼🏃We will be coaching long jump and javelin for all those interested on the 17th and 23rd of January. You can sign up on the link in our profile.
We do plan on hosting more camps in the future and will keep updating the sign up sheet each month so stay posted! They may change location and times as the year goes on incase this one doesn’t work for you.

Two new Decathlon PR’s for Brock and Ben today!!💥👏🏼💪🏼 We loved coaching these two to HUGE PRs in the long jump and javelin!
Super thankful to have gotten to work with these two this summer. Especially with Brock, who spent MANY hours with us on the track and in the throwing ring. He hit two more PRs in the discus and shot put & we couldn’t be more happy and proud for the both of them! Keep up the great work and get some rest. Y’all deserve it! 😊

💥New Decathlon and Javelin PR for Gus!! Texas vs. the World Decathlon was this weekend in Marble Falls and it was a blast to get to watch and coach at. Wolf and I have been working with Gus in the javelin this summer and we’re thrilled to see him throw a big PR today! Keep up the great work buddy!😃👏🏼💪🏼

Successful last camp of the summer with these ladies!👏🏼💥
We are so proud of the improvement they have all made over the past couple of months and look forward to continuing that progress with them in the future. Praying everyone is able to have a normal school year and sports season so you can get back to doing what you love!

Don’t forget to sign up for our track camps in Austin! We are hosting 4 camps this summer on July 13th, 18th, 22nd and August 1st. We’ll be coaching some of our favorite events: hurdles, long jump and javelin💪🏼

It was a very long, but productive day with these two athletes! You can’t learn the Decathlon overnight, but we were happy to coach and in 5 of the 10 events in the Decathlon today!
We’re helping them train for their first ever decathlon this year and can’t be more excited for them! They work hard and learn fast so we’re anxious to see how they progress in our favorite event in track and field.💪🏼👏🏼😄
