What an incredible turnout for our final meeting of the year! It was great to see the room full of both returning families and many new faces joining the Vanguard family for the upcoming season.
We are also excited to welcome our 2026-2027 Vanguard Board! We are looking forward to a great year!

Congrats to our Winter Percussion for taking home the bronze medal today in the Scholastic Concert Open division at the FFCC Indoor Championships held at UCF. Special congrats to our own J Jed Davis on his induction into the FFCC Hall of Fame tonight!

Day 3 in NOLA! 🎺✨
We started Sunday at the Mardi Gras museum where we learned the history of Mardi Gras celebrations, saw some amazing floats and learned how they are made. After that, we had a Cajun lunch on a riverboat cruise and had a blast playing games at Dave & Buster’s.
We ended the night with a New Orleans ghost tour. Definitely a fun way to wrap up our trip!
